Inner child healing

$66.00

The first time I did an inner child healing I had a massive release but I also felt lighter than I had in years. It was incredibly healing. It was life changing.

Inner child healing is a process of addressing and healing unresolved issues, traumas, and emotions from childhood that may be impacting your present-day life. Here are some signs that you may benefit from inner child healing:

  1. Repetitive Patterns: You find yourself repeating unhealthy patterns or behaviors in relationships, work, or other areas of your life, such as seeking validation from others, avoiding conflict, or self-sabotaging.

  2. Emotional Reactivity: You experience intense emotional reactions to certain triggers or situations that feel disproportionate to the present circumstances. These reactions may include anger, fear, sadness, or shame.

  3. Low Self-Esteem: You struggle with feelings of inadequacy, worthlessness, or self-doubt, often stemming from early experiences of criticism, neglect, or abandonment.

  4. Difficulty Setting Boundaries: You have difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships, leading to feelings of resentment, overwhelm, or being taken advantage of.

  5. Perfectionism: You have a strong need to be perfect or to please others, often at the expense of your own needs and well-being. You may fear failure or rejection and have unrealistic expectations of yourself.

  6. Self-Destructive Behaviors: You engage in self-destructive behaviors such as substance abuse, self-harm, or disordered eating as a way to cope with unresolved pain or trauma.

  7. Fear of Abandonment: You have a deep-seated fear of abandonment or rejection, stemming from early experiences of loss, neglect, or inconsistent caregiving.

  8. Difficulty Trusting Others: You struggle to trust others or form close, intimate relationships due to fear of betrayal or abandonment. You may keep people at a distance to avoid being hurt.

  9. People-Pleasing: You have a strong desire to please others and avoid conflict, even at the expense of your own needs and desires. You may suppress your true feelings or opinions to maintain harmony in relationships.

  10. Self-Parenting: You find yourself parenting yourself in ways that are harsh, critical, or neglectful, perpetuating the cycle of woundedness from childhood. You may struggle to nurture and care for yourself in healthy ways.

  11. Feeling Stuck or Unfulfilled: You feel stuck or stagnant in certain areas of your life and struggle to move forward. You may have a sense of unfulfilled potential or a lack of purpose and direction.

  12. Chronic Health Issues: Unresolved emotional wounds from childhood can manifest as physical symptoms or chronic health issues such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, or psychosomatic illnesses.

In this 45-55 minute session we discuss what may be holding you back or what you want to improve on. We get to the root of the issues and we visualize, connect and heal your inner child in a powerful but short meditation together. You can then begin to integrate the new energy and knowledge and feel whole again moving close to your most powerful self.

I look forward to supporting you and if you have questions you can message me at v@vyoletblyck.com
